What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation, made directly with us, at least 5 days before arrival, please send all the information about your reservation to our reservations department at: reservas@hotellascostas.com. If you have booked through an intermediary, please contact them directly.
Can I modify my reservation after it has been confirmed?
Does the hotel have access for people with reduced mobility?

No, but there is free public parking in the surrounding area.

What are the swimming pool opening hours?
Pool opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter; and from 11:00 to 19:00 in summer. They are supervised by a lifeguard.
Is the pool heated?
Does the hotel offer activities for children?
Yes, but only during school holiday periods. However, we do have a games room available all year round.
Are there specific activities for adults?
Yes, the hotel offers activities for adults with an extensive Well Fit programme and live musical performances every night.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes, the hotel offers a gym equipped with both cardiovascular and strength-training machines.
Restaurants and bars
What meal plans are available at the restaurant?
We offer: Bed & Breakfast, and Half Board. Half Board consists of breakfast and dinner service (buffet restaurant, with drinks not included at dinner).
What type of food is offered at the restaurant?
In our restaurant you can enjoy a carefully selected choice of traditional and international cuisine.
Does the hotel have options for people with special dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?
Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
- Breakfast: Casual dress code. Entry to the dining room is not permitted without a shirt or T-shirt, barefoot or wet.
- Dinner: Dinner is a special occasion, therefore we kindly request a ‘Smart holiday’ dress code. We ask that you do not wear pool flip-flops, and that gentlemen do not wear sleeveless T-shirts, and wear shorts at least knee-length.
