all of the staff were excellent and were very helpful. We really appreciated the bottle of champagne and attention that was given to us as we were on our honeymoon. The hotel is lovely and very clean plus being so near the beach was great. We have already highly recommended Las Costas to our friends and family. We would like to especially commend Cristina at Reception for having helped organise the champagne on our arrival. thanks very much for a great time. Tony and Lisa.

Carolina at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were also pleased to be supplied with a kettle and iron as requested. The fridge in the room was also a good idea.
The least liked
Entertainment area/bar is far too dark to be welcoming. It also felt very cold compared to the dining room, because of doors being left opened. San Antonia hotel entertainment was better and the bar was more welcoming.

Excellent location, helpful personnel, restaurant running smoothly: no long waiting lines, spacious rooms, surroundings nicely groomed.
The least liked
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell (vinegar) and small ants crawling around. Cleaning of the room quite late, between 3 and 4 o´clock. Tile floor in the room felt sticky after cleaning. Buffet food was sometimes not good: meat stringy and fish tasting muddy. Duvet sheets would be more comfortable in the beds.
